This newly renovated modern and totally private 2 story ecofriendly house is walking distance from the hustle bustle of Bondi but set at the end of a cul de sac where you can hear birds chirping and see the sun shining . Our home and decor is very funky modern, with an eclectic Asian influence. This unique house has all the comforts you can ask for whilst caring for the environment at the same time. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite off master), 1 play room, 1 balcony (off master). Downstairs there is a study, TV room/4th bedroom, open plan lounge dining kitchen leading onto an undercover outdoor entertaining area which includes a lounge area, table and chairs. Bed Configuration 1 King Sized Bed 2 Queen sized beds 1 Double sofa Bed There are 2 sets of bedding per room, towels, and beach towels for everyone. Foxtel in both the T.V room and the master bedroom. Coffee machine, Computer and WIFI, Large BBQ, All rooms overlook a private park, if you rise early enough you can catch the sun rise right outside your bedroom. We have private access to this unique park which is very kid safe and adult friendly if you are the sporty type. $500 per night for 6 people is comfortable however if required we can provide a double sofa bed to put in the TV room for an extra 2 adults . A very child friendly home for kids over 4 years or baby not walking yet. Walking distance to Bondi, Bondi Beach, Rose Bay village, Rose Bay ferries, buses at the end of the street to Bondi Junction. . This house is very comfortable all year round, every room has fans however they are not really needed as we have the perfect cross breeze in every room as it is an ecofriendly design to match the seasons.
